These terms govern your use of Forged Coaching (forgedcoaching.app), client-management software for fitness coaches and their clients, operated by Forged Coaching ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Forged Coaching is software: check-ins, progress tracking, plan delivery, messaging, and review tools. We are not a party to the coaching relationship. Coaches are independent — they are not our employees or agents, we don't supervise their advice, and the agreement (including any payment) between a coach and their client exists entirely outside this platform.
Nothing on the platform is medical advice. The app records and displays information — including supplement/compound protocol records and bloodwork values — for coaching discussion. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and AI-generated features (check-in briefings, estimates, transcripts) are informational aids for the coach, who decides what to do with them. Consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical decisions.
You must be at least 21 to use the service. Keep your login credentials private; you're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and keep your contact details current — service notifications go to the email and phone on file.
You own what you put in: photos, check-ins, plans, videos, messages. You grant us the limited license needed to host, store, process (including the AI processing described in the Privacy Policy), and display it to the people the product is designed to show it to — your coach or your client. Coaches: using a client's photos or results outside the platform requires that client's consent, and keeping evidence of it is on you.
Don't use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, to access data that isn't yours, or to probe or disrupt the platform. The service is a record-keeping and communication tool — it is not a marketplace, and no sale of any product is conducted through it. Don't upload content you don't have rights to.
Coaches may attach links to outside stores and tools (which can carry the coach's affiliate code), and the app links to companion tools in the Forged ecosystem. Those sites are governed by their own terms — we're not responsible for what happens there.
The platform is currently free for coaches and clients. It's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind — we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any feature (including AI features) is accurate or fit for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for the acts, advice, or omissions of any coach or client. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.
You'll defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or — for coaches — your coaching practice and the advice you give.
You can stop using the service any time and ask us to delete your data (coaching@forgedbloodwork.com). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the platform or its users at risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If we change them materially, we'll update the effective date here; continued use after a change is acceptance. Questions: coaching@forgedbloodwork.com.
